PLEASE REMEMBER TO CLOSE YOUR TICKETS IF THE ISSUE IS SOLVED BEFORE WE READ YOUR TICKET. There is also no need to reply to a closed ticket unless it is truly necessary, as this will re-open it.

 If this is related to a gift, please follow the instructions in the gift’s page.
 If this is related to a failed BTC transaction, please include your “From” and “To” address, date, and exact amount that you sent. If you need to include a screenshot, please make sure you still copy paste this information so we can easily/quickly verify it. Always include ORDER # if available.

 Do not abuse the system and please be patient (it can take days/weeks, but it will be solved). Do not open multiple tickets about the same issue (spam) and  close the ticket if your issue is solved or is no longer relevant before Fashion Land takes a look at it.

 Once the ticket is closed, it will be deleted within a week. Please save any relevant information

 If you report piracy please give us a summary of anything that the same pirate has been sharing. Help us understand the situation please. Also, please focus on recent content being pirated, or content that hasn’t been pirated before. These tickets can remain open for a longer time: this is normal, it means we read it but need to keep it open to have access to the information (if we closed the ticket it would get deleted).

SUBMIT AN URGENT TICKET IF AND ONLY IF IT IS AN EMERGENCY: 99% OF THE TIME YOU CAN SUBMIT A NORMAL TICKET. IF A NORMAL TICKET IS LABELED AS URGENT IT WILL BE DELETED (ABUSE OF SYSTEM).
